Historical Reverie is a documentary series that investigates how historical fashion and archival traces carry emotional and cultural resonances across time. This long-term project is developed in close collaboration with Historical Reverie, a group of historical fashion costume-makers committed to keeping the knowledge, use, and relevance of European turn-of-the-century fashion alive today. Based in Northern Italy, the group attracts participants from around the world, creating an inclusive space where self-expression and a shared passion for the past and for historical fashion come together.
