L’Integrale is an independent food and culture magazine based in Milan. This commission documents L’Integrale’s installation and public program held at Salone del Mobile 2024 in Milan. Artist Luca Trevisani, chef Tommaso Melilli, and writer and editor in chief Diletta Sereni staged a thought-provoking display involving a collection of sculptural seaweed and a menu of soups made with sea rocks, seaweed, and blue crabs to spark questions and conversations and imagine the future of our oceans, depleted by the current extractive practices of overfishing and over consumption.
